Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Please note:
Delivery times vary depending on location
Delays caused by couriers are outside of our control
Once your order leaves us, it is in the care of the shipping provider.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we uphold strict hygiene standards.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
If your item is faulty:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
